My office is located on the third floor of The Healing Center, 259 Massachusetts Avenue in East Arlington, Massachusetts. As of January 1, 2005 my fee will be $90 per hour. At this time, I can accept the following health insurance plans: standard indemnity plans, most plans with out-of-network benefits, Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, PPA, Blue Choice 2, and Federal POS plans, not including Magellan.
